Located at the southeast corner of West Golf Road and Barrington Road, Hoffman Village is anchored by a 72,052 square foot Mariano’s Fresh Market.
The purchase is the fourth for NewQuest Investment Company since September, 2013, bringing its acquisition totals to more than 700,000 square feet and more than $90 million in value.
