HOUSTON – August 25, 2014 – NewQuest Investment Company is pleased to announce it has purchased the Phillips Edison Fund Portfolio, a 1,350,735 square foot, 9 property retail portfolio, located in 6 states.

The purchase is the fifth for NewQuest Investment Company since August, 2013, bringing its acquisition totals to more than 2 million square feet and more than $245 million in value.
